• Person starting IV was friendly, but impatient and sloppy.  Needle came out excessive bleeding occurred, I had to apply gauze pad myself.  Second attempt by second person was painless and quick.

• Sometimes I have problems with getting the IV in.  The nurse that put in the IV had no problems.  She was exceptional.
• Since it was my first time I would say everyone did a fine job to ease any fears I may have had.
